(1) Mining. All quarries must be blasted by approved professional blasting companies. All kinds of finished and semi-finished materials (including stone chips and stone powder of various particle sizes) must be directly conveyed into the fully enclosed and semi-finished product warehouse through the fully enclosed conveyor belt, and the loading and unloading of finished and semi-finished materials must be carried out in the enclosed, and it is strictly forbidden to carry out loading and unloading operations outdoors with a loader, which effectively solves the problem of dust pollution caused by material stacking and loading unloading.
(7) Spraying water supply facilities. The spraying facilities built at the primary crushing feed port, the product belt discharge terminal, and the waste should be equipped with water supply wells and installed with metering facilities. The water supply pipeline should take insulation measures to ensure normal use in winter.
(8) Dust removal facilities. Advanced dust removal methods such as high-efficiency pulse bag dust removal be adopted, and professional design by manufacturers with environmental governance design qualifications must be commissioned, and reported to the municipal environmental protection department for filing. The design of the removal air volume, the size of the dust collection hood, and the diameter of the pipeline for the crushing and screening equipment must fully meet the needs of thoroughly solving the of dust from production equipment overflowing without organization (the dust removal design air volume for a single crushing and screening equipment is calculated as greater than 120003/h, and the projection area of the dust collection hood is more than 2.5 times the dust-producing area of the equipment).
(9) Hard and greening of the site. The transport channel from the quarry to the crushing equipment, the transport channel from the quarry to the waste pile, and the channel from finished product warehouse to the road network must be hardened, and the road surface must be cleaned and watered to suppress dust every day, effectively preventing dust pollution during transportation The area outside the road must also be fully hardened or greened, and cleaned and watered to suppress dust every day.
(10) Noise control. production equipment with high noise and vibration, such as crushers, vibrating screens, and induced draft fans, the machine base should adopt basic anti-vibration measures, install antiibration devices, and take corresponding noise reduction measures to ensure that noise emissions meet the noise emission standards for industrial and mining enterprises at the factory boundary.
(11 ) Soil and water conservation. The quarry has a soil and water conservation plan approved by the Agriculture and Forestry Bureau, and soil and water conservation measures are implemented in accordance the approved plan, meeting the requirements for soil and water conservation.
(12) Video surveillance. Video surveillance is set up in the production operation area as required and is connected to the district environmental protection bureau and the land and resources bureau, achieving 24-hour video surveillance. For problems such as excessive emissions, unorganized, and dust pollution that are discovered, the district environmental protection bureau and the land and resources bureau will strictly punish them in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
(13) Product transportation. Product transportation must use fully enclosed transport tools, and the loading height must not exceed the height of the carriage, to avoid the phenomenon of due to bumps. Open-top transportation or overloading transportation is not allowed.
(14) Emission limits. Referring to the emission limits for pollutants from various of mining and processing in the "Emission Standards for Atmospheric Pollutants from the Lime Industry" issued by the Hebei Provincial Environmental Protection Department and the Hebei Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau, the maximum allowable emission limit for particulate matter from production equipment such as crushers and screens is 30mg/m3, and limit for unorganized emission of particulate matter in the workplace is 1mg/m3 (10 meters outside the factory boundary).
(15) Standardized. Set up full-time environmental protection management personnel, who should be familiar with environmental protection business and have experience in daily environmental management of the enterprise. Establish an enterprise environmental management system, strictly manage positions, clarify the environmental protection responsibilities of positions and daily environmental protection behavior norms, and establish and implement an environmental protection position assessment system. Form and implement the operation, maintenance, and management system of production equipment and facilities and pollution prevention and control facilities. Establish an environmental protection facility operation ledger to ensure the and normal operation of various equipment and facilities. Formulate an enterprise environmental emergency plan, and implement the environmental pollution report system, environmental patrol system, and environmental accident management.
