The third dedusting of steelmaking, namely the dedusting of the steelmaking workshop roof, is a dedusting facility built to achieve ultra-low emission and solve the problem of smoke dust overflowing from the top of the steelmaking workshop. The pollution sources treated by the third dedusting of steelmaking mainly include the smoke dust that escapes to the roof during the smelting process of the steelmaking furnace (electric furnace, oxygen blowing converter, etc.), which can not be collected by the primary and secondary dedusting; the dust raising caused by the production process nodes that were not included in the dedusting pipeline network due to the environmental protection control requirements and other objective conditions at that time; the dust raising formed by the unorganized emission, which is lifted by the hot air of the steelmaking workshop and scattered out of the workshop through the top air window, resulting in atmospheric pollution.
After multiple on-site investigations and research, Tangshan Shengshi Environmental Protection has designed a complete and reliable steelmaking three-time dust removal control scheme.
The main task of the third dedusting is to enclose the top air window and incorporate it into the dedusting pipeline network, which is purified the bag filter and discharged up to the standard. This node is the key to cutting off the pollution to the outside. The air temperature in the steel plant (which contains the continuous casting and rolling workshop) is higher than that of the outdoor environment, and the overall airflow is in a state of natural lifting. The third smoke dust lifted to the air window at the top of the workshop and overflows to form atmospheric pollution. Therefore, this node is a key node.
While suctioning and purifying the smoke from the top window of the steelmaking furnace, the dust-raising points that were not previously included in the dust removal network (such as the hot repair of the ladle, the transfer station of the bulk material loading belt, the bulk material entering the warehouse, the upper and lower parts of the alloy material warehouse, and the iron water pouring ladle, etc.) are included in the dust removal network.
