Both sedimentation stages use high-efficiency vertical flow sedimentation tanks. Primary sedimentation first removes larger particles with greater specific gravity, while secondary sedimentation, under the action of flocculants, removes smaller particles with lower specific gravity that are harder to settle. The water then undergoes sand filtration, resulting in effluent that meets the design standards. By separating primary and secondary sedimentation and relying on physical sedimentation for large particles, the process reduces chemical agent consumption. The entire process is characterized by good treatment efficiency, stable operation, and low chemical dosage.
The entire process adopts PLC automated control, with automatic monitoring of various operating parameters such as water level, water pump, and dosage. It runs stably and is easy to manage.
