A large amount of dust is generated during material loading/unloading, shoveling, and vehicle movement in material yards and production workshops. Due to the sudden, mobile and irregular characteristics of dust emission points, massive unorganized dust emissions are formed. Even with workshop-style enclosure, although ambient pollution can be controlled, the material yard itself suffers from severe pollution, which seriously impairs the working environment and even affects operational visibility.
Through multiple on-site inspections and investigations, Tangshan Shengshi Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. has developed a professional atomizing sprinkler unit featuring excellent dust suppression effect, energy and water conservation, and convenient management. Raw water is introduced into the unit, purified through sedimentation, filtration and other processes, then pressurized by a booster pump, and finally sprayed through dedicated atomizing nozzles to produce fine water mist particles of approximately 20–100μm. These particles are small in size, light in weight, and fall in a nearly semi-suspended state.
The atomizing nozzles are scientifically arranged on the top of workshops or treatment areas, enabling zone control. When the atomizing sprinkler unit operates, the water mist descends slowly from above. The raised dust collides with, adheres to and coalesces with the water mist, grows in size, and settles under its own gravity, achieving a good dust suppression effect.

With the water mist semi-suspended in the entire treatment area, the atomizing sprinkler system delivers excellent dust suppression performance. After atomization, the raw water of unit mass covers a large area with low water consumption, while avoiding adverse effects caused by excessive water volume.
Equipped with PLC automatic control, the unit can automatically regulate various indicators such as zone control, inlet water flow, water pressure, and pipeline temperature (anti-freezing), ensuring convenient management and stable operation.
