Scrap steel recycling and reuse is a policy-supported industry that saves energy, reduces consumption, turns waste into treasure, and beautifies the environment. Steel waste such as edge scraps from enterprise production, color steel waste from factory construction, and scrapped cars, after processes like crushing and sorting, heating and pressing into blocks, and then being melted in a furnace through a series of steelmaking processes, are transformed into finished steel. During the crushing and sorting of scrap steel, a large amount of dust is generated, polluting the surrounding environment. The main task of waste steel crushing dust removal is to extract and remove dust from the feeding port of the crusher, the main machine chamber, the discharge port, and the sorting point. Waste steel crushing dust removal generally adopts an offline pulse bag dust collector. When designing this dust removal system, the following points are usually paid attention to:
1、Ash Discharge Blockage: The dust collected by the scrap steel crushing dust removal system contains a lot of short-fiber paint skin impurities, mixed with dust. When the dust falls, it is very easy to block, preventing ash discharge.


2、Pipeline Blockage: Since the dust and ash collected by the scrap steel crushing dust removal system contain a large number of short-fiber impurities mixed with dust, which have strong blocking characteristics, when designing the pipeline, the design air velocity should be scientific. At the same time, a wind sweeping function should be designed to prevent dust from settling and accumulating in the pipeline, thus blocking the pipeline.
