Tangshan Shengshi Environmental Protection Equipment Co.,. independently designed, manufactured, and completed the general contracting of the secondary dust collection projects for the first and second phases of stainless steelmaking and Tangshan Port and Land Iron & Steel the run-up to the 2008 Olympic Games.
Secondary dust collection in steelmaking refers to the smoke and dust produced during the process of adding iron steel and the process of steel tapping, which are not included in the primary dust collection range and directly overflow. The amount of smoke and dust produced instantly at the beginning of the-blowing slag-making refining process greatly exceeds the collection capacity of the primary dust collection, resulting in overflow and thus forming secondary smoke and dust. Without secondary dust collection steelmaking, the steelmaking workshop is often shrouded in red smoke, causing serious pollution to the surrounding environment.
After multiple on-site inspections and research, Tang Shengshi Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. designed a unique secondary dust collection scheme for steelmaking, which enabled the above projects to pass the national environmental protection acceptance for the Games. In particular, the secondary dust collection project for steelmaking of Port and Land Iron & Steel not only includes the secondary dust collection for 3 73-ton convertermaking but also includes the dust removal and purification tasks for 1 600-ton mixed iron furnace and 2 20-ton LF furnace, which has well received by users.
